• Processing Time: All items are handmade with love! Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your order ships.
• Lost Packages: Once shipped, Hays Hollow is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please reach out to USPS to file a claim, but feel free to contact me if you need help with info for the claim.
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
• Due to the handmade and personal nature of our jewelry, all sales are final.
• If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 10 days of delivery with a photo, and we’ll happily resolve it with a replacement or shop credit.
🎨 Custom Orders
• Custom requests are welcome! Send me a message before ordering to see what magic we can create together.
• Full payment is required upfront for custom orders.
• Turnaround time for customs varies but is typically 1–2 weeks.
💌Order Issues
• If there’s an issue with your order (wrong item, damaged, etc.), please contact me within 10 days of receiving it.
• After 10 days, all sales are considered final unless otherwise agreed upon.

• Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase. After that, your fairy goodies are already in the works!
